To satisfy as many customers as possible, we strive to keep our shipping costs as low as possible.
We offer worldwide shipping starting at €8, including tracking for added security.
We offer the following shipping options:
☘️ Domestic Tracked Shipping (for Metropolitan French residents only): 3-5 business days
☘️ International Tracked Shipping: 7-10 business days to a few weeks, depending on destination and customs processing.
Typically under normal circumstances, a parcel takes about:
- 7 to 10 days for United States & Canada.
- 4 to 6 days for European countries.
Orders are typically processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the courier.
While we will make every effort to assist you, Trefelia cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen packages.
We're very sorry to hear that you're missing an item from your order! Please contact us with your order number, and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible! To ensure the accuracy of our shipments, we take photos of each package before dispatch. Despite our best efforts if an item is indeed missing, we will gladly send it at our expense 💌
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
